Periodic License Verification
Scalescloud Lite connects to our license server every hour to check whether your license is still active and up to date. During this connection, only technical data is transmitted: license ID, installation ID, application version, and timestamp. No personal data, weight measurements, or work content is transmitted.
If connection to the server is not possible (e.g., no internet), the application continues to work normally — verification will be retried automatically.
3. Categories of Data
Depending on the context, we process the following data:
- Contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name
- Technical data (license verification): installation ID (UUID), hardware fingerprint, application version, connection timestamp
- Cookie data: Google Analytics identifiers (if consent given)
4. Data Recipients
- Hosting: servers in Europe (OVH/Hetzner)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (if consent given for analytical cookies)

You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),
